Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

Birsa Vahini Foundation does not sell products on birsavahini.org, and it does not ship anything. A donation is not an order. There is no shipping charge, no courier, and no delivery date.

Product returns do not apply

Because no goods are sold, there is no product to return. If a donation needs to be returned, that request is handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

What you receive

When Razorpay or the bank returns a success response, a receipt is sent to the email address you entered. A gift by UPI or bank transfer is confirmed by the Ranchi office, which can send the receipt by email. Where the gift qualifies, the receipt is for the deduction under Section 80G.
